Dispatch and Delivery
3.1 We only dispatch orders within the UK.
3.2 We will only dispatch orders to the billing address for the card used for the payment.
3.3 The delivery address is provided by you when placing the order. Goods are deemed delivered when Royal Mail delivers them to the delivery address and they are signed for.
3.4 When purchasing your item(s), you are advised to use a delivery address not accessible by a third party. The items are delivered when signed for at the address provided on the order form, regardless of the addressee's identity.
3.5 Risk of damage and loss of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
3.6 Estimated delivery dates may vary. We aim for your order to be delivered the next working day after dispatch. However, due to unforeseeable circumstances this is subject to delay.
3.7 Free dispatch postage on all orders. We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for all orders. Please see their website for their terms and conditions.
3.8 Collection is possible. However, it must agreed before the order is placed, the order must be collected by the cardholder, they must bring the card used for payment and 1 form of in date photographic identification including passport / driving license.
In substitution for photographic identification we will alternatively consider 2 forms or proof of address, for example but not limited to; bank statement, utility bill, and others.
Returns and Refunds
4.1 The product's responsibility with regards to all damage and or loss is passed to you on the date that the product is delivered and signed for.
4.2 We must be notified of consideration to return an item for a refund.
4.3 When your order is delivered it must be checked for damage from delivery/ dispatch. In the unlikely event that you find a fault with your item please contact us within 14 days.
4.4 Should you find a fault with your order, including the wrong item, faulty item, not as described on the website, please contact us.
4.5 Accidental damage caused to items are not covered by the returns policy.
4.6 We have a non-extendable 14 day returns period. The returns period starts from the date the item is delivered.
4.7 We are not responsible for a return until it has been delivered to our address and signed for by one of our members of staff.
4.8 Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the item being received by us.  The refund will be issued to the card the original payment was made with.
4.9 Any costs of alterations / personalisation made to any item is non-refundable.
5.0 Items must be returned in the condition they were originally dispatched in.
5.1 Items are all dispatched in the condition shown in the images of the individual item on the website. This applies to new and secondhand items.
5.2 Items must be returned in the original packaging they were dispatched in.

For insurance purposes it is essential our name is shown on the package as 'R J Morris'.
5.4 When an item is returned it must be accompanied by either a copy of the original invoice sent with the item or a note which states the order number and how you wish to proceed.
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse a return if, for example but not limited to, accidental damage by you has caused a fault, if we are not notified of the return before it is received by us, if the item is not accompanied with order details to identify the order.
5.6 We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in instances, including but not limited to, charging a re-stocking fee for lost packaging, cleaning of returned items.
